Heater Control Circuit Low

If this is for your 97 jgc - my haynes says the following.....

Code 37
Relationship between engine speed and vehicle speed indicates no torque converter clutch engagement. An open or shorted condition detected in the torque converter part throttle unlock solenoid control circuit. Incorrect input state detected for the Park/Neutral switch. Auto only.

I don't have any diagrams for the circuit but check for fuses blown, wires and connectors loose etc.... especially at the transmission...

Could be the neutral safety switch... loose in the trany or pooched.
