Anyone ever had their power window(s) stop working? Well Mine stopped working right after I finshed Washing my car. It stuck 1/2 way down. She usually treats me better after some TLC, but o well. I took off the door panel and light tested the wires going to the switch and after the switch -- both are getting power. The motor clicked but did not function. My friend told me to apply a direct 12V current which I did. The window then went all the way down. I reversed polarity and it did not go up. Just sparked. No blown fuses. Motor problem or switch problem? Let me know what you think. And heres a pic of me and my car.

could be a motor problem...do to the weight of the window it is harder for the motor to push it up.

make sure it isnt jammed also...
