Anyone might think this is the cold start injector not functioning correctly? Starts fine once the van has warmed up for the day. Just takes a while for it to start once its been sitting overnight. Van runs great after the hard start. I would like to troubleshoot the cold start but have no manual. Can someone tell me how to check this out on this van.
Thanks,

Sounds like fuel pump loosing it's prime overnight. check fuel pressure leak down with pressure gauge left on overnight or try this, No tools needed, Every morning without cranking your engine over, cycle the ign key to the run position for 2-3 seconds ,then back to off , then back to run , then off,,, maybe 5 times or so. Then try starting the van, see if it's better. Try a few mornings to see if it works, what your doing is priming the fuel system more than normal.
If that works than the problem may be pressure check valve ( part of fuel pump ) or injector leakage. Most likely fuel pump.

Hope this helps.
