reaching normal operating temp...

if i start my car cold, i get to normal range within 1/2 mile.... the temp stays around normal even if it sits for 2 hours... oil is fine, coolant is fine, is this just a normal thing for this car?

hmm well i got an 89 dump truck thast you shut it off and iut redlines temp within 30 seconds i got a 92 saturn thats cold in 10 minutes i got an 84 suburbn that takes about an hour our better to cool off but 2 hours my dumper only takes about that long before its not on the gauge anymore

all im saying is every cars different but that sounds abnormally long cool down time??? hmmif theres something wrong im interested as to what unless a faulty sensor ???my z31 takes about 1/2 hour to an hour before shes cold again...1984 50th annerversery

coulkd also be a head temp resistor trick ive read that you can trick the comp into thinking the engine is cold or hot or something to get better air fuel ratio aka more gas
