Can anyone help. 1999 RT Clio 1400. On two or three occasions now the panel lights flicker and engine cut's out in driving rain I lift the Lid and can hear Relays clicking.
Turn Off wait 15 mins and she starts. ??????????????????
Is there a known fault with water getting into the wiring?

not a known one i've heard more than usual.
i would unbolt the engine fuse/relay box and spray a good water dispersant(wd40 even).then if i was you i'd take it to a jetwash and find out how its getting in

Someone did suggest the same but to cover the relay all over with Vaseline to keep the water out ( If that's where its getting in )
It will not be practical to use a Jet wash as I feel it could be wheel spray and is very intermittent. It has not happened since I posted the note
