Wtf??Sen Sen 03-30-2005, 06:34 PM hey guys. need some advice. I went to my mechanic to get the annual tune-up. Everything went fine except for one thing. He told me that the Truck had a problem and the gasoline was mixing with the oil, internally because I have a bad fuel pump actuator. He wanted $800 for the GM ordered Part and said about an hours labour. At first I called bullsh*t on him and that price quote and left it as is. Later in the week I check the old dip stick and it did smell faintly of gas. I need to know if you guys have heard of anything like this or is there something else that I should look at. I kinda know this guy, but still don't believe his ass enough to drop $800 on what he says. Advice? blazee 03-30-2005, 07:05 PM Check to see if your CPI is leaking.
