1999 Camry mirror control/keyless entry questionnomad77 03-28-2005, 11:30 PM Hi guys, new owner of a 99 Camry LE (just moved myself over from the Blazer forum - totalled it in a 98-car pileup 3 weeks ago  ). I've searched through the forums on keyless entry, as the guy I bought the car from didn't have remotes, but I can't get a clear idea of it's got a keyless system. I haven't had a chance to search for a control box with an FCC ID on it yet, and as it's 11:30pm, I don't think I will tonight. Until I do that, I thought I'd just farm some information so I can go ahead with getting a remote and programming immediately. I've pulled the mirror control, but just from the post I found on the programming part for remotes, I don't know what pins I'm looking at or for on the connector. I'm waiting on a Haynes manual to come in at AutoZone, until then, I thought I'd ask you all. To the best of my memory, the pins on my connector are as such: _________ oxxxxxxxo oooooooo _________ With the "o"'s representing pin slots, "x"'s for empty slots, although the number of them on the bottom row is wrong, I'm sure. If anyone has programmed a remote for a 99 and would share which pins I need to hotwire, I'd be eternally grateful  . vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
