i was told that if i get new head work done i could be pushing 200 to the wheels. now i know what the head is but what exactly does it mean. what parts are being replaced?
side question...can i take the heat sheild off my headers with just those 4 screws? and do i just leave the screws off after i take the HS off?
thanks!

head work consists of many diffirent things. you could either have new springs and retainers, or all the above with port and polish. yes you can take the heat sheild off and leave the screws off, but i would suggjest headers to make it look nice

I just got head work done. They fixed some valves that were burnt through, cleaned it up, and welded a part where the owner before me droped and craked it. Why are you taking your heat sheild off? are you putting headers on or somthing?
