hey everyone i know i drive a honda but i am selling it and getin a 240sx and i was hopeing to do the rb26dett swap into it. i was jsut wondering how hard of a swap it is? i was also wanting to nkow where i can get parts for the swpa cheap but they gotta be legit.

Don't sell your Honda, you will have nothing but problems with a 240, especially with an RB swap, the best thing is to keep your Honda, swap in a built/boosted B18 and killed us Nissan guys.

You drive a honda, i worked my assoff and saved and have been looking for a 240sx for along time (same with logik) and your just going to go take another 240 off the streets and ruin it? What do you want the Rb for anyway man. For drifting dragging, something else. If your 16 you are not quite ready for something of this magnitude, chill out. Not trying to patronize you, but nobody starts out with a 13 second car and is able to drive it 2 years later without crashing it somehow. You may have been driving since you were 14, but lemme tell you coming from your Honda Rear-Wheel drive is gonna be alot different. Keep the regular engine and forget the RB.

Alright so your 16 wanna get a 240. sounds reasonable. good car, quite sporty stock, better modded, decent power, pretty good looks.

As for the RB swap, hell of exspensive, handling sacrifice, and ahh if u wanted a swap the SR would be a better choise. If not, rebuild a KA and pump out some amazing numbers out of a 4 cyl.

As for wrecking the thing. I agree as soon as the RB goes in there that thing gonna be in the junk yard, and i'll be lookin for the VLSD.

Im 16 too, i dont drive my nissan like a maniac, but sometimes i let it loose on the curves. Dude ur not god, you will die at high speeds. Big deal man u been driving since you 14, takes the average teen 5 years of experience to become a decent driver. I been driving my Nissan for over 4 years, started driving stick at 12, so dont think you hot shit, cuz u aint nothing close. Chill with the honda, 240 come few and far in between these days.
