Ok here it is...High beams work fine...low beams do not work ...Daytime running lights do not work...

Done so far:
..Checked both low beam bulbs>good
..Checked all fuses>good
..Replaced DRL relay
..Jumped out the headlight switch(jumped C and E in connector C1)

I have seen post's on shorted wiring but on all of them the High beams were not fully functional and mine are. I am ready to star cutting into the wiring harness under the hood but washoping someone has experienced this and can help me out.

I fixed the headlights....it was a broken wire in the front main harness..It was a pita to get to. Under the battery pan..had to remove wheel well...air intake and windsheild fluid resevoir to get the harness out. Then cut all black tape off and there it was..broken dark blue wire..it was the ground circuit for low beams. I ahd the schematics and it was easy to troubleshoot..had it narrowed down to about 18 inches of harness.
