I bought a 2003 dodge Ram 2500 w/ a Hemi, it was a theft recovery so I think the alarm was bypassed. But when the key is off everything is dead, no doom light no power locks, nothing. Once I turn the key on everything is work fine. Any ideas on where to look?

Take it back to a dealer and have them take a look at it they would no what to do most likely.

Check your IOD fuse in PDC under hood
