can anyone give me any info on it such as price, reliability, or where to get it and how much because i cant seem to find much info on it

HKS stopped making the Dragger Exhaust Dual Tip. I once had that exhaust but was destroyed a few mths later in an accident. Tried to find one but was told its not in production anymore. So, I end up buying Phoenix Power Departure II exhaust.

I'd recommend KO Racing's exhaust, looking at ~24hp gain

Well they don't recommend their 3" exhaust until pushing 300+ rwhp

got that exhuast snds really nice but I bought the car with it so cant say about any performance gain, looks good also
