License Plate bulb replacemet 02 Buick Lasabre

I would very much appreciate if someone could telling me how to get to the license plate bulbs on my 2002 Buick Lasabre. The bulb cost 2.00 and the dealership wants 25.00 to replace one of these bulbs.
