Hey all, I'm looking to buy a 90-95 swift and am wondering which engene to look for, 3 or 4 cyl. Any known problems to either?

It won't matter, because unlike the the Swifts twin, the Geo Metro, the Swift was not available with a 3 cyl. You could only get a Swift with the 4cyl. Now there was a SOHC or DOHC motor, but which one is better I'm not sure. I haven't been working with Suzuki long enough, and don't see any Swifts come through the shop any more.

dont buy anything but a gt from 1989 till 94
its a 4 banger 1.3 dohc 16 valve
i got one and she moves
great on gas
handles like its on rails
its got 4 wheel disc brakes
macpherson performance struts
and this all factory no aftermartet
they are all 5 spd
and have no power steering
