We lost an MR2 owner Monday ... most likely street racingJekylandHyde 03-15-2005, 11:06 AM Mister_Sinister 03-15-2005, 11:23 AM You would think with all the fatalities on that road that they'd install some guard rails or something. Musashi3000GT 03-15-2005, 11:29 AM Thats terrible! the MR2 is soo small not even the sonar is picking it up. on top of having lost a family member they have to wait untill they are able to recover the body! Igovert500 03-15-2005, 01:38 PM That is horrible. tha_new_guy 03-15-2005, 01:53 PM Wow that must be rough on the family members. Stay safe out there guys. Ace$nyper 03-15-2005, 03:10 PM Sad to read that be careful everyone Gohan Ryu 03-17-2005, 07:25 PM They found the car at the bottom of the lake this morning (or last nite)...and the driver. "...Sheriff's deputies said the car and body of the 23-year-old Arcadia man were recovered from a depth of about 130 feet. Investigators said the victim, whose name had not been released, apparently skidded off the winding San Gabriel Canyon Road on Saturday night while racing. " Mr. Luos 03-17-2005, 08:21 PM You would think with all the fatalities on that road that they'd install some guard rails or something. Yeah, lets blame the lack of guardrails.... Prayers to the family. nissanfanatic 03-17-2005, 09:58 PM That sucks. My condolences to the family. kris 03-17-2005, 11:27 PM Yeah, lets blame the lack of guardrails.... Prayers to the family. Any import, with a young adult, in a accident, is always a result of racing. My condolences to the family. Mr. Luos 03-17-2005, 11:39 PM Any import, with a young adult, in a accident, is always a result of racing. I hope that is a joke. I can't tell if that was sarcastic or not. If it is, I understand what you mean. You hear a report nightly about the 'affects of street racing.' Turns out, it was just another accident. Damn stereotypes. It doesn't just happen to imports though. If someone 6-7 younger than me was driving my car, and got into an accident, it would be made into a racing accident..... kris 03-17-2005, 11:55 PM I hope that is a joke. Yes, it was sarcastic. I was quoting Mr. Luos, and his, lets blame the lack of gaurdrails comment. But again, it also holds some truths. pikkagtr 03-18-2005, 03:22 AM very sad to hear that be carefull out there everybody JekylandHyde 03-18-2005, 06:02 AM At young age I wrecked many .... many MR2s.
