Driversdoor lock

Well everybody it seems my ZJ is plagued with electrical problems. Now, my driversdoor lock/unlock will not operate 'at all'. I used the keyless entry remote nope won't lock or unlock with it, I use the switch on the door nope won't lock or unlock with that either. I am sure it is probably the wiring going between the door jam b/c I messed with the wiring and it worked then shut the door and tried it again and nothing. Just thought I would get some other thoughts if anyone has any. I will check it out when I wake up later on this morning.
