Radio says "BAD"...What does this mean?slither75 03-14-2005, 05:07 PM I have a 1995 Ford Windstar 3.8...The radio was working fine this morning, and now it says BAD....No music and no warning... Please any info would be great! DRW1000 03-17-2005, 06:48 AM Don't know if this would help but I would try removing all power from the radio including the memory lead in an attempt to reset it. Pulling the unit out and leaving it for about a minute should do the trick. It may not help but worth a shot. BCMedic 03-20-2005, 01:21 PM I have seen BAD and BAD CD on the newer ones, is there a cassette in the unit now? It may be jammed or seized. If not I have fixed the error in CD units with a cleaning disk (they have a row of small brushes to clean the laser lens. You may also try a wet type of cassette cleaner if it's not a CD. Let it dry thoroughly before trying a tape again. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
