Was the Viper developed to be a drag racer or a circut car. To me all the facts say it's a road racing car.

It was developed to be a very, very raw sports car like a modern day Shelby Cobra and Shelby Daytona Coupe.

whats that blue color called?

looks to me like dodges "deep blue" which the stratus coupe comes in. chrysler has a great color palette.
