I have a 1989 Buick LeSabre. The heater/AC controls have stoped working. It is not digital... the push buttons though are electronic, soft-touch type, non mechanical. the problme is, I accedently threw a dime into the cigerett lighter and it sparked, now the heater/AC controles just don't work. They dont even turn on. I checked the fuses in the fuse box behind the glove compartment, but all 3 were fine. So i guess i have no idea why these controls don't work. Im hoping someone can point me in the right direction. THANKS!!

Did you check the fuse behind the driver's side panel labeled "a/c fan"

thanks, that worked. I don't know why I never knew that was there, but thanks, it helped a lot!! problme fixed with a new fuse.
