Imports all the way! $1500...I woulda got them down to $800 and a case of beer, that's after we drank the case of beer of course . L8... Yeah, the case of beer can be a great tool when negotiating. It's sort of like an investment. Btw, JekylandHyde, nice truck. Hope it runs well. dampachi 03-09-2005, 04:27 PM Like I said before, Dampachi = teh own. And yes, I hope the domestic treats you well, Jeff! But uh..shoulda got a ford. :) chexmixa 03-09-2005, 04:30 PM Pfff, dodge ownz all teh doughmestikz ricesucks 03-09-2005, 06:01 PM I have a 91 chevy suburban aswell! Mine is the same color combo, I'll take pictures soon. I paid a lot more, good deal man GritMaster 03-09-2005, 06:32 PM If that's a 91 then the 91 suburban in my driveway isn't a 91... that looks like an 89 :P ricesucks 03-09-2005, 06:45 PM After looking a little closer your right. It does not have the changes the 91's did...Right? Well...I have seen some 91's that look not like myne, I have to get you guys a picture of myne, it only has 80 thousand miles! ricesucks 03-09-2005, 06:46 PM No wait, it looks like the trim and all is correct for a 91...What are you talking about :grinno: ? chevydrummer76 03-09-2005, 07:06 PM Damn domestics. Jekyl, you're a traitor. Shoulda bought an import for your towing. Like a Toyota. L8... he needs something with torque CivRacer95 03-09-2005, 07:28 PM Was a joke . L8... clawhammer 03-09-2005, 08:11 PM Plus the Suburban has plenty of room for all the little Jeff Jrs. JekylandHyde 03-09-2005, 09:38 PM It is a 91 .. I have the registration sitting here. Geeze. :) There will be no Jeffrey Juniors. I have cars ... that's enough :) dampachi 03-09-2005, 09:40 PM haha, that's what i told my girlfriend. for every kid I don't have..thats another high performace car i can have. :) CassiesMan 03-09-2005, 09:43 PM Dont think of them as children, think of them as tax deductions... clawhammer 03-09-2005, 09:45 PM Personally, I would choose kids over cars. The way I'm looking at it, is that cars/racing are fine, as long as you have a list of priorities, and you don't compromise them in order to race. But anyways, let's not turn this into a "What's the meaning of life" thread. drftk1d 03-09-2005, 09:58 PM when did it get that far? -The Stig- 03-09-2005, 09:58 PM It's missing a headlight... means it's lighter... means it's faster... Why can't you leave shit stock jeff? Always fucking with shit! :p clawhammer 03-09-2005, 09:59 PM It's missing a headlight... means it's lighter... means it's faster... Why can't you leave shit stock jeff? Always fucking with shit! :p  JekylandHyde 03-09-2005, 10:00 PM Neither my fiance or myself want kids ... there are a lot of things we want in life (and are achieving), kids is just not on the list for us. It's not a priority issue, it's a preference. To each, their own. :) chevytrucks92 03-10-2005, 12:09 AM Like I said before, Dampachi = teh own. And yes, I hope the domestic treats you well, Jeff! But uh..shoulda got a ford. :) Yeah, but he wants to pull a 20x8 boxed trailer...no Ford could handle that! lolol. J/k. Jeff, you have the TBI 350 in that truck (same engine basically in my 92 K1500). I would suggest the following: AIRAID Air Intake, Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer, and Flowmaster cat-back exhaust (70 series so you won't get all the cab noise). Really picks up the bottom end for those engines and my truck averages about 19 mpg with those mods (yours won't get that becuase of the extra weight, but those mods will help-both power and fuel economy). GritMaster 03-10-2005, 01:03 AM Ah so.. they had doors.. or Tailgates... Now I feel stupid  street_racer_00 03-10-2005, 02:05 AM DUDE, IT'S A 1991 CORVETTE! haha j/k, I read the whole thread...that is one ooglie burb. -The Stig- 03-10-2005, 02:51 AM that is one ooglie burb. reminds me of your momma! :grinno: CivRacer95 03-10-2005, 06:03 AM JekylandHyde 03-10-2005, 09:52 AM Why can't you leave shit stock jeff? Always fucking with shit! lol ... I just read this now. We posted at the same time yesterday :) I was just telling a coworker that the Suburban would look great with a blower sticking out of the hood :D Jeff, you have the TBI 350 in that truck (same engine basically in my 92 K1500). I would suggest the following: AIRAID Air Intake, Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer, and Flowmaster cat-back exhaust (70 series so you won't get all the cab noise). OH NO!!! ... don't suggest mods!! *sticks fingers in ear* I CAN'T HEAR YOU!! lol ... seriously, thanks for the heads up. The first mod for this thing is going to be a trailer :) Musashi3000GT 03-10-2005, 09:58 AM Is it a Camaro? CivRacer95 03-10-2005, 10:18 AM Oh Musashi, you poor SOB :grinno:. L8... chevytrucks92 03-10-2005, 10:46 AM OH NO!!! ... don't suggest mods!! *sticks fingers in ear* I CAN'T HEAR YOU!! lol ... seriously, thanks for the heads up. The first mod for this thing is going to be a trailer :) Lol, no problem. *trying to agg it on* You know, what I said to do will cost less then $600, lol. Anyways, lol, good luck with finding an enclosed trailer (they are the only way to race BTW). That "mod" is going to cose well over $600. My uncle bought one last season (24x8 tag along) and he got an extremely good deal IMO on it: $3500. BTW, since Hyde is getting a free ride to the track, does this mean you're converting him to track only??? JekylandHyde 03-10-2005, 10:54 AM He is not and will not be track only. I got the tow vehilce for 2 reasons: 1. I am kidding myself if I think Hyde will never need to be towed home. 200,222 miles and over 425 rwhp ... that is pressing my luck. 2. With a tow vehicle I can spread my radius of races farther out. Right now, I have been stuck to 100 miles (AAA+ towing range :D ) chevytrucks92 03-10-2005, 11:24 AM 10-4 on that. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
