vss

i replace my vss and my trottle position sensor and my check engine light keep coming on after i had it removed i was told that these are
the things i should replace in order to pass emission

what year is the vehicle?
Have you had the Codes checked to see what they are?

it is a 1998 and these are the 2 problem that the scan came up with.

what were the codes?

eng: 26/p0122 tps voltage low
eng: 166/p0720 output speed sensor circuit

output speed sensor is not the same as the vss.the output speed sensor is in the trans and the vehicle speed sensor is the one in the t case
