Rear brake light above window- Where to buy and how to replace?Absolut Talent 03-08-2005, 11:38 PM I have another problem I wish to bring upon the Blazer gurus (everyone has been really helpful in my posts so far, thanks) The rear brake light thats above the window went out. So i headed into my local Pep Boys, did a quick search in the books and found the replacement bulbs I needed. So i get outside and start unscrewing the housing to replace the bulbs, and much to my dismay, its not standard lightbulbs but rather a board with a bunch of LED's in it. It looks like wires run into the roof as well. Can anyone tell me where I can buy this funky brake light? And the easy way to replace it? Easy to install, just swap in the new one. ricksza 03-09-2005, 06:12 AM It's a complete lamp assembly. The plug for it is near the rear dome light. Just remove the rear headliner trim, lower headliner a couple of inches and unplug. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
