Hi guys hows it going? well I have a question for the gurus out there..

well heres my situation... I have a 1987 Jeep cherokee... and a 2000 cherokee donor car... The 2000 engine got only about 80000 if not less mile on it then it got into a wreck... So I wanna know is it possible to swap the 2000 engine into my old 1987 cherokee..... any inputs will be great Thanks in advance.

Your 2000 motor has no dis. I think this would be the hardest part to over come. Would need to install a new wirer harness and computer. luck

Well If he's got the whole parts donor vehicle, he'll have the ECU and all. Then just swap the whole entire drive train. Engine, tranny, t-case, everything. That way youve got a mechanically new jeep. Well almost. A 2000 is a hell of a lot newer than an 87... speaking of which, does yours have the dana 44 rear end? That'd be a plus.
