Hi all I just bought a 1986 300ZX turbo with 88k on the odo. it was bought at a auction, sorta impulse buy really cuz I saw it and loved it. The bad thing is I know NOTHING about older 300ZX Turbos as I used to own a Ford Probe. This is a pretty intimidating car with all the digital read outs and electronic this n thats. Z31's are really cool...a friend of mine has a Z31 turbo and just put a K&N filter, custom 2.5 inch piping...upped the boost and advanced the timing...basically spent almost close to nothing on mods...and got 220 RWHP and 272LBS of TQ on the dyno.

Might want to try these sites...I am sure there are people on there who would help you make sense and walk through it all w/you...
