CSL Production info

Can anyone tell me exactly how many M3 CSL's were produced. I think it was around the 1500 mark. I know 500 went to the UK, 23 to Australia and 11 to New Zealand. Anyone know the total? I've read it before somewhere, but can't find the reference...
