Today was a good day, had a night out witht he woman, had fun dropped her off and then was heading home.
Now I'm just minding my own buisness cruising rougfhly 10-20kmh over the speed limit (had to get home for GT4) when I get stopped by a read light. As I'm waiting there I hear a loud roar and then tire squeeling, I look to my left and there sits a yellow 90's Ford Escort with a huge aluminum wing, rims on the back tires, steelies on the front but had a nice sounding exhaust though.
So this suddenly reminds me that ricer season is coming up soon and I chuckle, the driver see's me laughing and rev's his car (didn't sound like he had ANYTHING under the hood) so I quickly turn my smile into a angry face (for shits and giggle).
I hit the power button (unfortunantly I'm still stuck with an autu) and wait for the light to hit green. Now I shouldn't be driving the car hard at all because theres still little things that need to be taken care of like rough idling etc.. plus I still haven't renewed my insurance (been 2 years now) but I couldn't miss out on this,
Light turns green and we both floor it, easily taking the lead and stayed there until the next set of red lights. I roll down my window and hear him say
"Nice car, turbo?"
to which I reply
"Nope, non-turbo automatic"
He was so shocked...

lol GT4 consumes me now. . .its scary. I got a 775HP Pontiac GTO, sad thing is the best 1/4 mile i can get it a 10.3 GIMMIE A FRICKING BREAK! This is fully upgraded, super soft racing tires, 50 shot of N02. . .my 96 Lancer GSR can do that with only 400 HP. . .

But i'm already looking forward to those nice chilly days when you smoke a joint when playing gt4 :evillol: (keep in mind i only smoke on moments like that, when i'm home and don't need to go somewere anymore. Just to keep misunderstandings out. plus it's almost legal here and in holland it is legal. So with me living ON the border, i say it's legal :lol: )

you can't do it against anyone in GT4 either. but you can do what i did and go to the long straight at the end of the nurburgring and drag from there. I hit 160 ish on that straight.

You can't go against one of your friends in a quater mile? That was one of the things I loved about sega gt 2002. Nonetheless I still want a ps2 just for gt4

sega gt 2002 was awsome. it had nitrous before gran turismo.

I loved it aswell. The power curves, the gear ratios, and the speed of the cars was so correct! I mean, it was a great game for its time

i love b-spec lol, makes those endurance races much easier. its just sittin there racing my 69 corvette stingray around...

in gt4 i got a 806 hp r34 skyline n1 v-spec.. so far best time is a 10.023 damm it i want 9!!!

also suprizing the wrx sti spec c is fuckin amazing.. its so much faster the a stock skyline n1.. its freaked me out.. im also working on that and my 3rd gen rx-7 is on low 12 with stock turbo hehe..

need for speed had nitrous as well before GT4
kinda disappointed they have that option for all the cars though
should only be available for normal cars
im pretty sure JGTC cars arent allowed to have nitrous injection

It's all about the Dodge Ram Hemi Quad cab 4x4... 775hp w/o Nitrous...

On the bottle it ran 10.6 in the 1/4. Don't remember trap speed.

Mercedes-Benz 1896 Motor Carridge 1hp @ 650rpm, best 1/4 mile time is 1 minute 20 or 30 seconds. I don't remember, trapping in at 11mph. Very funny stuff.

I love the game as well. Only thing that pisses me off is there are so many cars you cant sell. My best 1/4 mile time so far is 9.7xx in my Camaro on nitrous.
