I have a 98 frontier w/2.4. i'm not getting 12 volts at the fuel pump plug down by the tank. the fuse under the dash is good. any suggestions?

Wires are like pipes. Usually they break at the connections first. If that is not the case, follow the wire with a visual/touch inspection. You'll probably find your problem that way.
