need lots of help asap.

im a machanic and need help i took apart a 2001 altima that had 105000 miles on it and they never changed the oil. it looked like paint. i got the head sand blasted and a valve job. cleaned the oil pan. then when i put it all back i timed the chain and it staarted right up but the died. it does this over and over., i tried to adjust the distributer and nothing it still dies. i changed the spark plugs and it stayed on for like 12 seconed but it still died out. please any info will help. ps. no engine light.

Sounds like you need more fuel than what the pump is putting out. Also chck the MAF and TPS sensors.
