Hello and help! WHAT I'VE DONE...I have put a new ignition modular in this 92 cavalier and a new crank sensor. I've checked for loose connections as well. THE PROBLEM...It will not fire and there is NO voltage going to the fuel pump. The windshield wipers arn't working unless you jump them. The radio won't work it is just static with no readings. HELP...Could anybody please help me fix this car! It cranks like crazy, but it won't start! Thanks.

Ok this is going to sound dumb but have you checked your fuses?. Also it can crank all it wants if its not getting fuel it will never start. Sounds like you got major electrical issue's. You need to check power to your relays. To make sure they are getting juice to trigger your pump and wipers.

power will only go to the pump for about 2 seconds when the key is turned to run after being off for at least 15 s if the fuse is good and the wiring looks good the pump is most likely fried, common problem for chevy's). radio problem could be unplugged/broken antena wire. wiper problem could be fuse, wiring, switch, circuit board. actually if all these problems started at the same time the first check should be the batter, batery power& ground cables and body ground wires. good luck
