1994 Grand Am GT Head Unit Removal?

I've sat and studied the dash in my 94 to see exactly how it would come apart to get the radio out, and I can't exactly figure it out. I'm afraid to just go tugging on parts to see if they move because I don't want to break anything. Anyone have any instructions on what parts come out, and how they come out? Thanks in advance.

Pontiac dashes snap out and usually have a couple retaining scews by the defroster vents. If you know for sure you got all the screws out just gently keep applying more pressure til it pops out. Good Luck

You will need to remove your cup holder compartment - five screws.

One screw on the drivers side behind the panel under the column.

one screw under the dash, above the console.

The rest should be clips, just pull the panel off.

The head unit removal should be obvious after that.
