found this car, is the 5 spd NA tranny strong enough for abuse the power this car is putting out? how are the ratios in the 5 speed?

also can this tranny be a simple swap for a 6 speed? unbolt and bolt up?

I have two supras. One I got for parts. Neither are turbo and I have had NO problems with the transmission and I'll be honest-I don't drive it easy. Actually I ream on it and there's no slips in the tranny. As far as I know they are solid.
