lighted keyrfsee 03-23-2002, 06:05 PM subaru used to put little lights in their keys so you could squeeze the key to see the lock when you tried to enter when it was dak out. I'm sure they are not the only ones to do this, but has anyone seen a blank key for a honda like this so i can have one made for my car? or has anyone seen a light that snaps on to the key and does the same thing? 93speed 03-23-2002, 09:22 PM You can get a flashlight that snaps onto your key. I know I've seen them at K-mart or Wal-Mart or most places that do keys. SpoilerV2 03-23-2002, 10:37 PM I think honda doesn't do that cause they offer keyless entry in most of there models now. And most aftermarket alarms come with keyless entry standard these days. but yah.. i've seen those mini clip on flash lights on most retail stores like kmart and walmart. rfsee 03-24-2002, 03:32 PM Thanks guys. it's usually not a problem with the doors b/c of the alarm, but i've noticed that i'm leaving work later and having to get stuff out of the trunk in the dark and i can't see the lock. i guess the other option is to install a trunk release from the alarm. I don't know how easy that would be with a gen 5 accord. i know that audiovox makes a kit but they don't have the instructions on-line so i can't tell what sort of drilling or mounting has to be done for that. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
