Tail lights only come on when you turn on the park lights, but there are no blinkers or brake lights at any time whether the park lights are on or not.
There are 4 wires: black - ground, dark green - right brake and right blinker, light green - left brake and left blinker, brown - license and reverse lights. I believe that's how they work.
All bulbs and fuses are fine, just replaced blinker relay and brake switch. I'm thinking it could be the board, but I'm not sure.
Also, both greens have power until you hit the brake pedal.
