Turn the A/C on see if fan turns on if so the fan relay is bad. Dale jeepman600@sbcglobal.net Crescent Band 04-25-2005, 06:25 PM You should check to see if your fan is bad as well. To quickly check this you will need to use a set of alligator clip wires to bypass the relay. You need to rule out the fan and since it is the fastest check it should be done first. Going direct from the battery or a battery charger set to 12vDC locate the connector on the passenger side right next to the radiator. If your not sure just follow it out from the center of the fan. Connect one alligator clip to one of the leads inside the connector and then touch the other to the only one left. If the fan spins...its the relay. A much cheaper fix. Many posts on here detail the easy(er) fix for the relay by going thru the right side headlamp socket. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
