trying to put a carburetor on 2.2butcherman62 03-01-2005, 02:37 AM we are building mini truck to race on circle track. there are no intakes for 2.2 without fuel injection. we've come up with a few ideas but most take much work. any ideas? would be greatly apreciated. fuel injection not allowed in are division. BlazerLT 03-01-2005, 02:40 AM You can get one off of an old cavalier if you want, they were carburated. But a fuel injected 2.2L will have more power than any carb model. sector95 03-01-2005, 05:18 PM we are building mini truck to race on circle track. there are no intakes for 2.2 without fuel injection. we've come up with a few ideas but most take much work. any ideas? would be greatly apreciated. fuel injection not allowed in are division. Check out www.cliffordperformance.com These guys have specialized in inline 6 and 4 cylinder intake and exhaust manifolds for a long time... They have manifolds for the 151 and 153 cu in 4 cylinder GM motors. They may be able to help you in your search. For the 2.2 you may have to use some imagination.... Good luck , Mike dmbrisket 51 03-01-2005, 05:54 PM You can get one off of an old cavalier if you want, they were carburated.
