does o2 sensor brand matter??

i'm replacing all of my o2 sensors and i wondered if the brand mattered. i was going to get them from napa and then i checked oxygensensors.com and they handle walker and denso. does it really matter? thanks for the help
oh, and spark plugs too. i'm running bosch plats.
its a 97 passport with 122000 miles 3.2l

I replaced my O2 sensors about a year or so ago and used the Bosch OEM replacements you can get at AutoZone or Napa. They were the same price as the Densos, but I didn't have to wait for them to be shipped. Haven't had any problems or codes since replacing the bad ones (heater ckt failed on 2 of them at ~100K and 110K miles). When the second one went bad I just replaced the other 3.
