Thanks! This is a model of my real life car, a '94 Caprice 9C1 (cop car)... compare the real to the model (the blue on the second model pic is a reflection from my monitor, sorry :disappoin ): http://www.efnetcars.com/album/rides/amo.sized.jpg http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/aaa.jpg http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/aab.jpg -- '55 Chevy Gasser http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/aaf.jpg http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/aag.jpg -- Big John Mazmanian Willys http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/aah.jpg -- '91 Nissan 240sx that my buddy gave me since he decided not build it after his real life 240sx... Do you think I got a little carried away? :iceslolan http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/abx.jpg http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/aby.jpg http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/abz.jpg -- '62 Biscayne with 1994 Impala SS wheels http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/acm.jpg http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/acp.sized.jpg -- And finally, my first successful attempt at proper engine bay detailing... distributor, battery cables, heater hoses and power brake vacuum.... what's everyone think? http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/adi.jpg http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/adk.jpg http://www.efnetcars.com/album/temp/adl.jpg mach1_2003 02-26-2005, 10:25 PM Nice work, Welcome to the forum.... MidMazar 02-26-2005, 11:17 PM i like that 240, with a little more experience with fine detailing you will master modeling, nice collection you have there and welcome to the very addictive forum, check out the faq and tutorial section, they are very helpful. tigeraid 02-27-2005, 02:04 AM Hey. The cop wheels are from modelhaus.com... really kills me on the shipping, being in Canada, but the only other possible place to get them is off a fullsize truck model--which I don't think I've ever seen... Those are the only pics I have of the 240, and to be honest it looks kinda rough underneath. I used a narrowed Ford 9" and slicks from some old drag model I had, with a sort of modified truck arm 2-link kinda setup... but cutting up the stock floorpan was a pain in the ass--if I had to do it over again I'd definetely take more time to measure. GvEman 02-27-2005, 04:04 AM Welcome! Nice models! Looks forward to more stuf from you. Keep it rolling! vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
