I don't know about the ones you listed, but I've had bad experiences with BBK. I bought a used BBK 2004 Cobra twin 62mm throttle body, and the bolt holes for the TPS are horridly out of line. They're almost off the cast in bolt bosses... but I coulda just got the one that escaped quality control.

Seems like everyone got the one that escaped quality control.

Don't know about the Power Plus, but my 70MM BBK is gonna get replaced due to the fact that its quality sucks. A lot of guys have had quality issues with BBK stuff. Edelbrock bought them a while back, but sold them off soon after, rumor has it their quality control was to crappy for Edelbrock to put their name on it....

If you have a Foxbody, look for an Accufab TB.

What do you have that requires a 75 TB? Most bolt-on 5.0's are best off with a 65mm TB.....

I had a 65mm BBK throttle body, the quality on it appeared to be fine. I've since upgraded to a power plus 70mm. As far as horsepower goes there was very little difference if any. I will say this the bolt holes needed to be opened up a little, didn't line up as well as I think it should've.

I've been to a couple of other boards were the guys there swear by 75MM. But as far as im concerned I think 90% of street applications the 65MM is just fine. Going too big will hurt your torque.
