The thermostate was change after it over heated. I was told the computer read the over heat problem and started turning off 4 of the 8 fuel injectors to keep the engine from over heating. Now that the over heating problem is fixed no one can tell me how to reset the computer. Some say diconect the battery and I did, didn't work. I took it to a repair shop and their computer said it needed driving to reset, didn't work. So far nothing worked, someone said this vehicle doesn't have this feature, the dealer said it did. So who knows?

My experience with reseting ECU's is to disconnect the battery, and then put the key in the ignition, turn it forward to accesory mode and depress the brake pedal for approximatly 5-10 seconds. I had to do this on my 94 SHO all the time when readjusting my ECU to accept more modifications I had added to it. Just my .02.
