Something to do with his car, considering all of the things he's currently done to it. :D Or maybe a good pic of some Si rims...

Yeah, I know...

I just haven't found an avatar that makes me scream "THAT'S IT"! I have, and have had many different cars and I post in other forums on the AF, so I need an avatar that is kind of generic, but I don't feel that something generic suits me. I've thought about using an image of my 'ol '60 Cad Deville air cleaner that I pinstriped with flames, but some people may take offense to the "Genuine Satanic Parts" logo right in the middle of it. Hmmm...
Then again, when has that stopped me before?

Any suggestions?

P.S.
I think cvcc_wagon has the perfect avatar!
There's no way I could top that!

The SI rims are my second favorite avatar.

I just like the suck, squish, bang, blow effect of cvcc_wagons avatar. Plus it's kinda' generic, but only a car enthusiast would understand what they were looking at.

Here's a link to the pic I was thinking of using.

I would have to re-take the picture and clean up some of the rust first.

My '60 Cadillac Deville.

That was my first attempt at pinstriping, I've since become much better. I threw a few pics of the 'ol Cad in my gallery on RPR because I had no where else to put them. If anyone is curious to see them here's the link:

Psssst...
Don't tell the guys at RPR that there's an old Cadillac taking up space on their server.

Gotta love the old "rollers".

Yep, old cars are a long term passion of mine. To say I've had a few would be an understatement. I even still have my first car that I bought when I was 14, a '65 Impala 2 door hardtop. It's currently sitting in storage in a thousand pieces (literally). A few years ago, I started the process of doing a frame off restoration, then lost the workspace I was using. So for now it's just sitting until I can get some other projects out of the way and get it in the new shop.

Dang, my personal fav' is the 64 Impala 2 dr. hardtop (Close!). I really think you should clean out that workspace in any free time you get and continue restorin' your '65, because it deserves it :D

Believe me, I know it desreves it. It's been in my family since it was new! I know the complete history of the car and all the stories of how it changed hands from one family member to another. It was even bought new in '65 from a family member at the dealership.

0.0 I wish I could say something like that. My dad sold all of his old cars that he bought brand new! Actually at one time he even had a '65 Impala 2 dr. hardtop ( ;) ) that he put in some kind of big block and racing tranny and everything which he didn't see any use in keeping!

Just about everyone in my immediate family has an old car. I think they all have some kind of sickness that rubbed off on me.

OH! OH! OOOHHH! I GOT IT!!!

Anyone know where I can find an image of Paul Teutul SR. for my avatar?

Hopefully something animated were he's screaming his head off or throwing a wrench or banging on something!

This is funny to me because Paul SR. is just like my dad's twin. Seriously, it's like they were seperated at birth. That's actually where I started to learn mechanics, by holding the light for my dad while he screamed profanities at his Harley while throwing wrenches around the garage when I was about 5yo. It wasn't until I was about 12 when I realized that a Crescent wrench wasn't a hammer.
