ok i have a 1992 camry 4 cyl 5sfe and i have a blown headgasket i took apart the head already problem is when i put it all back together i dont see the timing marks on the camshaft timing gear this is my first time working on this motor. how do i know if everything is correctly aligned and how what camshaft do i put in first .and i still dont get why you have to stick a bolt through the sub gear in the exhaust cam i just stuck a long screwdriver through it. is the toyota head gasket good to use or should i use another brand.does anybody have a factory service manual i can download.thanks in advance

You should be able to find a Chilton manual in a library.

If I remember right, the timing gear has a hole to let you see thru it and align the hole with a mark on the cylinder head. It may have other alignment marks but I am not too sure. Agian, get a repair manual, that's your best bet.
