04' 1500. Every morning or when vehicle is cold ( First start-up) the blower motor speeds are erratic. It goes from high to low, this goes on until you manually adjust the speed. Anyone else have this problem?

take it to the dealer for warranty. i asume you have comuterized climate control. at my work we have had a ton of problems with the control modules frying and the blower staying on all the time( because of very cold weather).
