3rd Gen - wheel swap and offsets

I'm pretty new to these cars so this may be kinda basic info... After doing some googling I'm still a little confused about exactly what the dimensions are for wheels on these cars. I've got an all-original '84 Firebird V6 w/ drum brake rear and F41 suspension (no posi) with the OE painted steel 14X7 wheels w/ trim rings originally equipped w/ optional 205/70R14s (vs std 195/75R14). What I'm interested in is:

A) original wheel dimension OFFSET (or backspace but prefer offset). It's 14X7 (?) w/ 5X120.7 (5X4-3/4) (?) bolt pattern (verify?).

B) what other 3rd gen F-body (3rd, 4th gen, other cars too) optional (alloy) wheels would be good candidates to swap out to and what are some of their dimensions (e.g. a 15" or 16" wheel) including WIDTH, OFFSET (preferrably or backspace). Did all 3rd and 4th gens have the same bolt pattern? Also what if any f-body optional wheels will NOT work or should be avoided for this car?

Maybe I can get lucky and find something at a reasonable price at a local wrecking yard. Some of the wheels I'm partial too are the 82+ Camaro 5 spoke alloys or maybe some of the 4th gen wheels (probably wrong offset)
