Im looking for a civic with around 60K miles and i only have about 4k to spend on it. you guys think i will be able to find a 95 or 96 or should i look at older ones. how long do civic generally last if they are driven responsibly and not like a sports car?

There are Civics out there with the original motors with 400,000+ miles on them. It's all how you maintain the motor. But yeah finding a '95 - '96 with 60K on it is going to be pretty hard, though not impossible. Just going to take a while for one to come around.

well why only 60k miles in that year rang why not just a civic with under 60k for 4k or lower..

but my two cents is that you want find one

I found my 95 civic with 88k miles for 4500. Which is really not all that many miles on a honda motor.

Well i dont really want a car that's any older than that and i dont think many newer ones will go for around that price with that little milage
