looks good.

these two are a bit out there:

rear dif drain and filled with synthetic $125.
change fuel filter $64

I know when I do my rear, it cost me about 12 bucks (non-synthetic) and about 45 minutes of my time. My dealer offers to do it everytime I have the tranny flushed for 35 bucks since the truck is already up in the air.

Fuel filter costs like 15 bucks and I can change in in 15 minutes.

I've never adjusted my rear brakes on my 2wd and I'm at 60k on the oem pads.

The key things to do at 30k are:

1. Engine oil (10-15 bucks)
2. Air filter (20 bucks)
3. Fuel filter (15 bucks)
4. tranny flush ( 100 bucks)
5 PCV replace (15 bucks)
6. Clean EGR (3 bucks)
7. H20 Flush (10 bucks)
8. Rear (and Front) diffy fluid (Isuzu recomends 15k, 45k, 75, 105k ...) 15-30 bucks

All of this is DIY, except for the tranny flush. If you have a place to do this have at it.

Also, lube the locks with graphite.
Drain and refill the power steering fluid.
Clean up the battery terminals.
Clean the EGR port behind the butterfly
Check your S-belt
Add a bottle of Chevron Techron concentrate to the gas.
Add a half bottle of Sea Foam to the oil (drive for 20 mins and change the oil).

and the list keeps on growing .........

Yeah that rear diff oil change is out to lunch, and beware of what you put in there as your LS should have limited slip. Use the OEM (or dealer) additive or you will have problems. Also, not sure what is 'adjustable' on the rear brakes. Do you have a 4x2 with rear drum brakes? Shoes are self adjusting. Typical dealer fuel filter change is about $50 parts/labor so thats not too far off. That is a real good deal for a full ATF swap.
