Starting problem

My car is getting fuel and power from the battery but wont start there is no clicking sound or any noise at all nothing when the key is put in the on position execpt dash lights. I suspect the neutral safety switch. The car does not start in park or neutral, no clicks like i mentioned power everywhere but nothing when the key is on. The car previously started and ran fine just decided to stop one day.

You try holding the key over to start while moving the shifter through the ranges? If it pops off then, you are right about NSS, it's out of adjustment or broke. If not, it still could be that, or you have a bad solenoid or bad wiring. If you can access the starter, try giving the case a good whack with a hammer while someone holds the key over to start.
