Proper lubricant for a 92 5 Speed manual

I have a 92 Corolla with a 5 speed manual trans. The Haynes manual for this says to use 5W20 to 20W50 on one page. Then on the very next page it calls for 75W90 to 80W90. :banghead:
Anybody know which is right????
