2004 malibu radio problems

My radio displays a "check dab" message and neither GM nor the dealer claim they can fix it because of inadequate software or something. In addition, my cd player stopped working.
Does anybody understand what this "check dab" message is and if it can be fixed? They've really started giving me the runaround here, and I'm contemplating use of the lemon law.
Thanks for your insight!

Hopefully, e2helper will chime in here.
I don't have "check DAB" (but remember reading about that in the Owner's Manual), but I have XM and it "disappears" from time to time.
I forget the solution, but e2 knows.

I was a little hesisten with first post from someone mentioning "lemon law" and stuff like that but here are my suggestions.
IF this "Check DAB" occurs when vehicle is first started AND the radio is a CD Changer then the dealer has ability to reflash the radio with a revised calibration that is actually intended to address something else but also corrects this issue at same time.
If they have a different radio (but same complaint) dealer will likely have to replace radio.
The document the dealer has available that tells them all this is #PIC3193C. They can look it up on their system for details
