I'll soon be getting a gsr swap in my 97' hatch and I was wondering what exhasut setup I need. What would be the best header, and catback exhaust setup for my car? I'm definately going to be getting an intake manifold and cold air along with the header and catback, I just need some suggestions on what puts out to most horsepower from best intake manifold to best exhaust manifold etc. I've been told a ceramic header is better for a boosted set up. I hope to do that someday but I dont think I can afford it that soon after I pay 4300 for engine and swap labor.

the best exhaust to get the most out of it is like a apexi n1 or tanabe super racing medallion but its really loud. best intake mani IMO is the jg victor x. ive never seen a ceramic turbo manifold EL manifolds are the best
