what type of blue is this?, as in like what blue is it in real, not modelling

Really hard to tell due to numerous factors.
Like, how dark the room was you shot it in (should have shot it outside), how the colour is displayed on computer screen (everyone's monitors display colours differently, depending on calibration etc)
Why not take it to a sprayshop and ask the guys there?

best tip i have is if you have a paint/body shop or a carpaint outlet and look at a color chart and stand out side or in the sun snd just look for some thing similare the biggest problem is if the owner of that car has mixed it him self custom made paint it the hardest to replicate but go to a body/paint shop or paint outlet that is you best chance

Do you have access to the car? Or just pictures?
If you do have access to the car it may have a plate or label attached listing the colour code.
